Shipping

All KAMANAI orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the United States.

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during product releases, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays. KAMANAI is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging
  • In their original condition

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 5 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
