Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to all such signals, our website may not respond to every Do Not Track setting.

The Kamanai website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. EU/UK representative. We do not currently have a physical establishment in the EEA or UK. If required under Article 27 of the GDPR or the equivalent UK GDPR provision, we will appoint an EU or UK representative and update this section with their contact details.

If you are located in a country with its own data-protection law (for example, Canada, Brazil, or elsewhere), that law may give you additional rights beyond those described in this Privacy Policy. C. Customs, Import Duties, and Shipping Data

Because we ship internationally, order information (such as your name, address, and item/value details) may be shared with shipping carriers, customs authorities, and import/export compliance providers as required to deliver your order and comply with customs and trade regulations in the destination country. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your country; these are outside our control and are governed by the destination country's regulations.
